Terms of service
Payment – Payment for services must be received in full no later than the scheduled date for agreed upon services.
Change of appointment – all changes regarding a scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise we cannot guarantee that your requested change can be fulfilled.
Cancellations – Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date of service. An administrative fee of $10.00 will be billed to the client for late cancellation or failure to attend their scheduled appointment.
Privacy Policy
We understand that health information about you is personal and are committed to protecting health information about you and have implemented this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. In accordance with the Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Tyrrell Fitness and Nutrition will never disclose personal information that you provide on its Sites to any third parties.
